Ok, so I give myself such a hearty pat on the back whenever I make something yummy and nutritious for my kids, which is pretty often.
I thought I would give you the chance to appreciate my talent by posting about it on my blog.
Running Late Breakfast:
Mini Pancakes (these can be made from batter you prepared the night before, or you can use frozen if you're too lazy)
Raspberries - washed
Honey - warmed in the micro
Powdered Sugar - just a dash.
Pancakes....berries on top...drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with milk - soy, rice, almond whatever.
